Travel planning
We can now plan and book the whole trip, not just the days you spend here.
Golden Key Concierge is an accredited travel advisor with Fora. That means we can book your hotel, villa, flights and cruise directly, often with partner perks such as upgrades, resort credits and breakfast included, at no cost to you for the planning.
What we can book for you
Hotels & resorts
Booked through Fora's preferred partner programme, which regularly means upgrades, resort credits, breakfast and early check-in at no extra cost to you.
Villas & private stays
Matched to your party size, budget and the side of the island you actually want to be on, then stocked and staffed by our on-island team.
Flights & multi-island travel
Routings into SXM plus onward hops to Anguilla, St. Barths and Saba, with the connection times an arriving traveller can realistically make.
Cruises & special occasions
Caribbean sailings, honeymoons, anniversaries and group celebrations planned end to end, including pre and post cruise nights ashore.
Why book through us
You pay us nothing
Our planning is paid by the hotels and suppliers, not by you. You get advisor pricing plus perks you cannot request yourself online.
Booked and looked after by the same team
The people planning your trip are the people meeting you at SXM, driving you, and stocking your villa. Nothing is handed off to a call centre.
One point of contact
Change of plans, delayed flight, extra night, new restaurant. One WhatsApp thread handles all of it.
How it works
1. Tell us the shape of the trip
Dates, party, budget range and what matters most to you. A rough idea is enough to start.
2. We send a curated proposal
Two or three genuinely suitable options with pricing, perks and the trade-offs spelled out plainly.
3. We book and confirm
We hold and confirm everything, then send one clear itinerary with confirmations in one place.
4. We meet you on the ground
Fast track at SXM, private driver, villa setup, restaurants and boat days handled by our own team.
Already know your dates and just need us on the ground? SXM fast track and private transport can be booked on their own.
